BOSSTOX is an independent research publication focused on the infrastructure behind artificial intelligence.

We cover the physical systems, companies and decisions that determine whether AI capacity can be powered, built, connected, cooled and paid for. That includes electricity and the grid, data-center sites, chips and memory, advanced packaging, networking, cooling, capital spending, supply chains and the companies serving them.

Our method

We build coverage from primary sources whenever possible: regulatory filings, utility and government records, company disclosures, technical documentation, procurement documents, earnings materials and direct statements from the organizations involved.

We separate what is announced from what is contracted, what is contracted from what is under construction, and what is under construction from what is energized and operating. That stage discipline is central to how we report AI infrastructure.

We do not treat a press release as proof that a project is complete. We track dates, definitions, physical milestones, customer commitments and the difference between a plan and an operating asset.

Every published item receives human review. AI tools may assist with research organization, transcription, comparison or drafting, but a human editor is responsible for the final wording, sourcing, context and publication decision.
