Boston Made, Inc. currently values the company at $2,500,000, based primarily on its portfolio of domain names and the digital properties built on them: the twelve brands of the Boston Made family and the web addresses they live on. Our founder owns 100% of the company today. Any future offering would sell a minority stake, with the price per share, the number of shares and the basis for this valuation set out in full in the offering documents.
