Power, cooling and capital are converging.

Three developments shape the watch. Two have company releases. The third is a reported financing exploration that needs primary confirmation. Scores below are frameworks to collect evidence, not ratings assigned to companies.

Samsung / Helix

Six Samsung affiliates announced a combined $1 billion investment in Helix, including $500 million from Samsung Electronics. Helix describes an integrated data center, power and fiber model.

Trane / LiquidStack / Stellar

Trane announced two 250 MW cooling reference designs. It estimates up to 22 MW or 8 MW of capacity reallocated to compute, depending on design. These are design claims, not operating measurements.

GPU collateral insurance

Reporting describes NVIDIA and insurers exploring protection for loans secured by GPUs. Track policy terms, residual value and lender exposure; do not treat a universal product or transaction as confirmed.

Financial Times reporting · Scout review candidate. Publish a company-specific profile when a lender, insurer or borrower provides documentation.

Map small suppliers in power distribution, heat exchangers, pumps, dry coolers, fluids and modular assembly. Partnership targets require diligence on capacity, customers and margins.

Use a project view that walks from available MW through cooling overhead to usable IT load. Label every value as planned, contracted, energized or measured.
